RETURN OF UNDELIVERABLE MAIL
Due to the fact that 8% to 15% of international database addresses change every 12 months, letters with inaccurate addresses will not be returned to you by the local postal carrier. AIR CONCEPTS will see to it that all such undeliverable mail is returned to you at no additional cost.

PROOF OF POSTING
It is important to know when and where your mail was posted or when it was actually delivered into each country. AIR CONCEPTS can notify your office directly of the date, location and level of service, via fax, email or telephone per your request.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
When your mail reaches its end destination, the recipient is required to sign an official registered card or receipt. This card is proof that the delivery was made and can be supplied to your office via airmail. (Provided for register mail service only.)

DEPARTMENTAL BILLING
Provide us with your departments and AIR CONCEPTS can sort your mail by department first, prior to sorting by country. Should you wish this completed with a surcharge or percentage charge-back, this can be arranged. See your sales representative.
